Super Energized Green Smoothie

Wow!

I made a fantastic super energized smoothie yesterday.

It woke me up without the caffeine one gets from drinking coffee and it super energized me with an endorphin high. I had clarity throughout the whole day.

32 ounces should get you through a day.

So here is my recipe:

  • 1 Banana

  • 6 Strawberries

  • 2 Pitted Dates

  • 4 Raw Mac Nuts

  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Pro Fiber

  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Powder

  • 11oz Coconut Water

  • 2 tsp Organic Matcha

  • 1 Tbsp Spirulina

Mix everything together in a Vitamix blender until smooth. Add ice cubes if you like a cold smoothie and add water if you like a thinner smoothie.

Enjoy and repeat every two days to stay sharp and energized.

  • Banana – High source of Potassium

  • Strawberries – Vitamin C & Antioxidants

  • Dates – B6

  • Raw Mac Nuts – Vitamin A, B, Iron

  • Cacao Powder – Protein

  • Hemp Pro Fiber – Dietary Fiber

  • Ginger Powder – Vitamin C

  • Coconut Water – Calcium

  • Organic Matcha – Antioxidant

  • Spirulina – B12
