It’s a rainy Friday and here I am contributing a recipe that is pretty time consuming but worth every penny and moment on a day of rain.

Gather the following ingredients along with a dehydrator to dry the garlic.
- Organic Large Garlic Cloves
- Small knife
- Chopping Board
- Empty Spice Jar
- Small Cuisinart
Peel all big bulb garlic.
Slice the garlic into 1 cm slices and place a side until you have slice all the garlic.
Once you are finished with that lovely activity you can start placing them onto the dehydrator racks.
Be sure they are not sticking to each other.
Dehydrate the garlic 2-3 hours until they are crunchy. How do you test to see if the garlic is crunchy? Place one in your mouth for a flavor you would never of guessed and bite down. If, its crunchy, its ready to grind into a powder.
Add the dried garlic to a mini food processor like a mini Cuisinart and start on low and grind until about half way chopped. Open the top and move the pieces away from the sides of the mini food processor. Close the lid and turn on high. Grind the piece to a powder.
Once finished, place into a spice jar for later use on all your foods.
The flavor is amazing!
